API-Created Tokens

Tokens you create through the SDK are not separate from tokens launched on blank.build. They go into the same system, the same feed, the same trading flow. The only difference: a small “API” badge on the token card, because the launch row is tagged with launch_source = "api". That badge is purely informational. It does not put the token into a different market, throttle its features, or change its lifecycle in any way. API-launched tokens get the exact same:
  • Token detail page and discovery placement.
  • Bonding curve, graduation flow, and post-graduation Meteora pool.
  • Creator fee tracking and automatic distribution.
  • Staking, either enabled in the launch bundle or enabled later by the controller.
  • Moderation and operational checks.

Lifecycle

When the build succeeds, the token row is created in a pending state. It becomes visible in the UI as the submitted transactions land on-chain and our normal indexing/reconciliation path picks up the mint and pool. There’s nothing extra you need to do — just don’t be surprised if there’s a brief delay between submission.signature and the token appearing on the discovery feed.
